RETURN & EXCHANGE

We do not offer returns. However, we provide free exchanges and store credit to ensure your shopping experience is seamless.

• Exchange Timeframe (India): You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

• Eligibility: Exchanges are available in cases of size concerns, fit issues, or manufacturing defects.

• Conditions: Exchanges are valid only for the same design. If an exchange is not preferred, we issue a credit note valid for 3 months, redeemable on future purchases.

 

Taxes & Duties

• For Indian Customers: All product prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties.

• For International Customers: Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means prices displayed exclude import duties and local taxes. As the recipient, you are responsible for all such charges levied by your country, payable at the time of delivery to release your order from customs.
